Carcass Data

2009 Born cattle data will be posted soon. I have posted a partial summary.  One group of buy backs from customers did well enough to be Gridmasters.  We finally bought two sets of customer cattle the week before Christmas.  They are now on feed.  We also should have carcass results on the open heifers that will go to harvest next week and the following week.

Harvest ready steers are pictured above.  Typically our fed cattle weigh between 1150 and 1350 # depending on their age, sex and how they were managed.
